Ndoto: For Africa’s Future is a holistic, Christ-centered community development organization that works in the Obunga slum of Kisumu, Kenya. Their mission is to educate, disciple, and develop at-risk families to make their dreams a reality, glorify God, and use their gifts to transform their community. Ndoto provides sponsorship-based education to students of all ages in Kenya between preschool and university. Ndoto also operates its own private Christian school to provide a high-quality educational opportunity.  They mentor and disciple community members through the Ndoto Community Church, and they start businesses to create jobs, meet community needs, and generate ministry income. Ndoto was founded in 2009 to continue the Kenya ministry that Allison Schlack, POPLC member, began in 2003. The mission was part of Prince of Peace before becoming an independent organization to continue its expansion. Prince of Peace is proud to continue its partnership with this incredible ministry.
